Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY
We hope you'd love your collections as much as we love making them.  However, in case you are not 100% happy with them, you can return the shoes and bags for a full refund with the following conditions:

  • Returns within 14 days of shipping date
  • Product is unused and undamaged
  • Shoes are unworn, not damaged and in original packaging.  The shoes must be in original condition and can NOT be worn off carpeted or similar surface
  • Shoes cannot be dirty, sticky or show any signs of wear. In situations that the shoes are dirty but not necessarily worn (as determined by the customer service team), it is possible to be charged a cleaning fee for the item being returned
  • Originating address is a US address.

However, during clearance sales when shoes or bags are indicated to be 'final sale', returns may not be accepted.

Email us at help@jasminenewyork.com (include your order number) and we'll send you a prepaid return label.  Once we receive the product and have inspected them against the conditions above, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges, but we recommend for you to initiate a return and then purchase the product you desire.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the product and have inspected them against the conditions above, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 2-3 days.
