Do you offer returns, exchanges, refunds?
We hope you'd love our products as much as we love making them.  However, in case you are not 100% happy, you can return your unused handbag or unworn shoes for refund based on certain conditions, except in the event of a clearance sale when it is indicated the product 'final sale'.

We do not offer exchanges, but we recommend to initiate a return and then purchase the intended item.

What are your payment methods?
We accept every major credit and debit card and PayPal payments.

What is the shipping policy?
Free Shipping applies to addresses within the contiguous states in the US, plus Alaska and Hawaii.

As we are a small team, we usually package up shipments at the end of each week and send them out for shipping early the following week, with exception cases of staff holiday or sickness. Packages are shipped via Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-4 business days after shipped, depending on location. For expedited shipping (Next Day or Second Day Air), please contact help@nene.shoes. Please note that only USPS can deliver to PO Box addresses.

However, during clearance sales, when products are indicated as 'final sale' and as indicated during the checkout process, shipping may not be covered and should be bore by the customer.


I live outside the US and I *love* your collections.  Can I still order from you?
Our website is on beta launch currently, so international shipping is disabled. However, you can message us hello@jasminenewyork.com if you want to arrange for international shipping.
